Cabo Verde Night at Fenway

Join the Boston Red Sox and the Cabo Verdean Community of New England in celebrating Cabo Verdean heritage and culture at Fenway Park on Saturday, August 30! Show your support as we honor the Cabo Verdean-American community of New England.
VIP packages are also available and include the Red Sox Cabo Verdean jersey and a Red Sox Cabo Verdean hat. Additionally, VIP ticket holders receive early entrance to have first access to the cultural entertainment.
New England is proud to have a large population of Cabo Verdeans since the 18th century, dating back to the whaling industry with communities primarily concentrated in the Commonwealth of Massachusetts and the State of Rhode Island. The City of Boston and the City of Praia have historically maintained strong academic, cultural, and social ties, and will celebrate its 10th anniversary next year as Sister Cities.
Arrive early to enjoy live traditional Cabo Verdean performances and other festivities that showcase the culture of Cabo Verde.
